Troopers charge Yorktown man with DWI on Route 35 in Somers
Troopers charged a Yorktown man with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 35, state police said. Raul Ubeda, 53, was stopped about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday for an equipment violation and found to be intoxicated, police said.
